Marshall-Putnam County 2009 Fair QueenSamantha Dunphy of Lacon prepares for competetion at the 100th Illinois Association of Agricultural Fairs January 14-17 in Springfield, IL. Samantha will compete with 66 other young women representing County fairs through out Illinois. Samantha modeled outfits she will be wearing for the competetion. Suits for the interview, and stage, swimsuit, and evening gown. Samantha competes on stage Sat. at 1:00 p.m. Smantha's 1 minute talk which she will give on stage was about the windmills in Marshall county. Best of Luck in the competetion.
