The Marshall-Putnam Fair Royalty was crowned July 8, 2009. Queen Samantha Dunphy of Lacon, Jr. Miss Grace Cook of Henry, and 
Little Miss Nadia Kessling of Henry. Hugging the new Queen Alaine Noll the 2008 Fair Queen. Samantha will be competing in the Miss Illinois County Pageant to be held during the IAAF meeting in January 2010.
